The Handbook includes useful checklists, reference guides and sample policies, procedures and forms. The authors have extensive experience in threat assessment and violence prevention. Dr. Deisinger is a nationally-recognized expert in campus threat assessment and management and has served as the primary threat manager for Iowa State University since creating their team in 1994. Dr. Randazzo is a nationally-recognized expert in threat assessment and threat management. She formerly served as the Chief Research Psychologist for the U.S. Secret Service and now runs Threat Assessment Resources International. Mr. O'Neill is President and CEO of Applied Risk Management (ARM) and Ms. Savage is Special Projects Manager for ARM.
